The MyCHRMO Employee Kiosk collects only the minimum necessary personal information required to provide HR services. This may include:

  • Employee identification details (Name, EmpNo, BadgeNo)
  • Attendance and biometric logs (IN/OUT records)
  • Leave applications, approvals, and usage history
  • Payroll-related information such as deductions and salary summaries
  • Device, browser, and IP information for security and audit logs

All collected information is used solely for legitimate HR management purposes, including:

  • Generating DTR, attendance reports, and leave credits
  • Processing employee requests (leave, travel, training, HR documents)
  • Displaying accurate payroll summaries and deductions
  • Monitoring system access and ensuring data security
